Can I choose my own finishes?

You will have a choice of floor tiles and cupboard doors, selected from samples prior to construction.

What happens if I move in and there is a problem with the house/apartment?

Each home comes with a 3-month defect liability period. Any faults brought to the attention of the contractor within this period will be rectified.

Can I add on to my house after I buy (e.g. a granny flat in the yard)?

On single and townhouse units, you can extend your home if your stand size allows for it. This is subject to approval from both the City of Cape Town (CoCT) and the Homeowner Association (HOA). No 2nd dwellings will be permitted (i.e granny flat in the yard). No additions and alterations are allowed to apartment units.

Is there a garage? Can I build a garage later?

There are no garages. The owner will need to apply for approval from the HOA and CoCT in order to build a garage at a later stage. If you buy a freehold unit, garages need to adhere to the 5m building line restriction. eHomes and townhouses building restrictions will need to be relaxed by the CoCT. Garages cannot be added to apartments.

What are the specs of the houses/apartments?
